Kitchen Makeover

Is the general layout of your existing kitchen working for you?  Is it in reasonable condition but looking tired and rather depressing? You can always consider retaining all (or most) of the existing carcasses and having a kitchen makeover.

We can:

Replace doors and drawer fronts only

Change end panels and trims to match your new doors.

Supply and fit new worktops, sink and tap

Arrange the supply of new appliances at trade cost

Help organise ancillary work such as tiling, flooring and other building work.

In other words, do as much or as little as you wish.

We are aware that kitchen makeover specialists tend to talk down the need for a complete new kitchen.  Similarly, companies specialising in new kitchens only tend to dismiss the idea of a kitchen makeover.  Our aim is to offer unbiased advice so you can choose between, or compare, either approach.

Mr Kitchen is a mature, long established family business that has been fitting new kitchens for around 23 years, most of which have come from recommendation. We have never advertised for new kitchens.  We have offered a makeover service for around 7 years simply because we frequently come across a kitchen which need not simply be ripped out and thrown away. The two fitting teams we recommend and work with both have over two decades of experience and, like us, are ‘old school’.

We are easily contactable.

What we can offer

We would be delighted to visit you at home, take a good look at your existing kitchen and chat through your various options and what may be the best value for money approach.  If appropriate, we can normally put together a pretty accurate budget estimate there and then.  We do not need an answer straight away and do not employ ‘hard sell’ tactics.  Do as you would be done by.

A site survey – the cost to you.

One cup of tea, white, one sugar. We think that’s value for money.
