The Objective

To offer a range of kitchen cabinets with better quality the those offered by the average high street supplier, but at extremely competitive prices, fully built up with doors, drawer boxes and drawer fronts fully fitted ready for installation by your kitchen fitter or builder.

How we do it

Mr Kitchen has now been designing and supplying kitchens for two decades. We have never advertised, relying on word of mouth recommendation. We are a genuine small family business with low overheads. Historically many customers would have come to a kitchen showroom to look at different displays and make their choices, so the cost of running a showroom has to be factored into the prices charged. However, the majority of kitchen buyers today have already selected their style of kitchen via the internet. Furthermore, we deal with far more different suppliers and styles then can be exhibited in the average size showroom. We will therefore be moving our business from our showroom (which we own) into a smaller studio in the same building. This saves overheads, which reduces cost.

Maximise your savings

Designing kitchens is frequently offered ‘free of charge.’ Why, we don’t understand as it costs time and money which is inevitably reflected in the price charged. If you can supply us with a design or list of cabinets etc required we will reward you with additional discount.

The Cabinets

Using high density MFC premium quality Egger board throughout, each cabinet is as solid as a rock. Whichever cabinet combination you have fitted you can rest assured that they will always be fitted with Blum hinges, lift or drawer systems, as fitted to many German kitchens.

Our base, tall and appliance cabinets feature 18mm MFC backs, a 52mm service void and a very practical 570mm depth for greater versatility. And as nothing demonstrates a kitchen’s quality more then smooth-running soft closing drawers, you’ll find Blum TANDEMBOX Antaro pull-out drawer systems included too.

Our wall cabinets are also a breed apart. Light yet inherently strong, these 300mm deep cabinets have 8mm MFC backs, a 15mm service void and handless design options. Look closely though and you’ll see the true quality in the details. Blum’s integrated soft closing hinges, Italiana Ferramenta Libra H2 fully adjustable cabinets hangers and wall plates for example, and sophisticated Blum AVENTOS XS and HF lift systems.
